Some students of Osei Tutu Senior High school in the Ashanti region have reportedly destroyed the plantain farm of the school’s assistant head teacher and left a warning note in the farm.
In a video circulating on social media, one of the tutors of the school recorded the bizarre situation where several number of the plantain which is near maturity has been cut down indiscriminately throughout the farm.
As if that was not enough, the angered students left a note cautioning and insulting the assistant head teacher, whose name showed on the note as Mr. Aidoo. According to the irate students, Mr. Aidoo has been on their nerves whenever they write exams in the examination hall.
The note further cautioned the assistant head teacher to stay off in the examination hall, else the worst is still yet to befall on him.
What’s happening in GES now?
The conduct of some current crop of students in our senior and junior high schools in Ghana now have no respect for their school authorities and teachers as well. The unacceptable behaviour of most students to cheat in the examination hall needs attention.
Now, teachers who do not allow students to cheat in the examination hall are seen as enemy; thus students resort to unlawful means to venture their wrath on them.
