Kumawood actress and movie producer, Matilda Asare has said vividly that, there is nothing to be fixed in the country because she believes the systems is effectively working as they should.
The popular actress said this on UTV’s showbiz programme hosted by the Empress, Nana Ama McBrown last night after she was asked to give her opinion about the Fix The Country campaign which has been trending on social media since May 3,2021.
Matilda Asare explained her point by saying that, the laws of the country are working because the government will not forgive anyone who breaches it, moreover, there is no war in the country, students are able to go to school, doctors, teachers and nurses are not on strike which means everything is working.
However, when the actress was asked by Nana Ama McBrown why the lights are off, the movie star was quick to add that timetable has been drawn for the affected areas.
According to Matilda, she believes the conveners of the Fix The Country campaign should be specific about what needs to be fixed in the country by the president, but they should not generalize it.
Meanwhile, the Kumawood actress is currently trending on social media after voicing her opinion on national television. Many social media users have expressed disappointments in her for saying that there is nothing to be fixed in the country when the politicians themselves admit there is a lot to be fixed in the country.
