1. Write a letter to CAGD
accompanied by a letter from your
Head of Department or Human
Resource Manager.
2. Add a photocopy of SSNIT card
and Ghana card.
3. Submit them to CAGD regional
office.
How To Change Your Association On E-Payslip
1. Log on to gogpayslip.com
2. Enter staff ID and password
3. Click on ” change of
association form”
4. Select new association ( in
drop-down panel)

3. Click on “my affordability”
