GES To Organize ICT Training For Teachers Across The Country (Check Deadline)

The Ghana Education Service is going to organize an ICT training for teachers in the junior high and senior high schools across the country. The following are the details of the training.

Partners
The training is being partnered by UNESCO and the Korea government in collaboration with the Ghana Education Service (GES) and the National Association of Teachers (GNAT).

Name of the project
The project is entitled, UNESCO — Korea Funds-In-Trust (KFIT), ICT Transforming Education in Ghana.

Sponsors
The Korea government together with the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) is funding the project.

Duration
The project is going to be implemented by the government of Ghana for a duration of three (3) years.

Objective
The projects aims at building the capacity of teachers in JHS and SHS in Emergency Remote Teaching across the country.

Participants
Teachers in both private and public schools in all parts of the country qualify to undergo the training.

How to participate
Interested teachers should register by clicking here to fill a form. The form simply asks for some personal details and school details of the teacher.

Take note, the training is going to be organized online thus, you will need to have bandwidth in order to fully participate in the training.

Deadline
The registration ends today July 5,2021, and the programme commences tomorrow. It is worthy to note that GES and GNAT are organizing a pilot hybrid training for all teachers in the country. That is for interested teachers who registered.
